We'll Con the World

Silke insists we all watch this video, which she found at Michael Totten's place. Since laughter is one of the most potent weapons in the arsenal, I agree.

Do you think I should tag this as Shirim Ivri'im?

Update, June 15th:
YouTube has pulled this video. The full story isn't clear tome, but it seems Israel's enemies have figured out a way to manipulate YouTube's system so that popular pro-Israeli material isn't available. I'll write about this later, but in the meantime, here are some embeds of other versions of the same song which have not yet been pulled.

thanks :)

Elders of Ziyon is getting clicks from an Italian site that seems to me anti-Israel
- "we" should not let it be taken away from us
- so all in Europe who live in countries where the showing of an Israeli flag as a comment to an anti-Israel demo may get you trouble with the police - hum and sing wherever you are ...

thanks for the praise all of you it is really quite undeserved I was only a bit faster - no big feat as I live in Europe ;-)

but here is Didi Remez finding it REPULSIVE
(I wonder will Goldberg link to that, he seemed to have taken a liking to Remez recently)

here is one item Remez thinks is proof of the heinousness of it all - as y'all know by now the video got posted everywhere in no time whatsoever but this of course is whatever Remez believes it is

"Pastor John Hagee’s Christians United for Israel (CUFI) was quick to post the video on its website."

PS: Remez also points to this which Elder of Ziyon had posted long ago - terrible terrible thing - it seems Israeli government bureaucrats are smart at playing dumb - marvellous that's the spirit

"The clip also caused an embarrassing incident. Members of the Government Press Office who encountered it thought it was a state-sponsored clip and disseminated it overseas. After a Spanish journalist researched its sources, the GPO was forced to clarify that the parody was disseminated accidentally and that the contents of the clip did not reflect the official position of the State of Israel."

great news from Elder of Ziyon:

The Palestinian Arab Firas Press angrily notes how popular the "We Con the World" video is on YouTube (over 890,000 views so far.)

But it also embeds it in the article!

some people at the BBC must be in their right mind, tying it to the bureaucrative mishap that the video has been sent to foreign journalists the BBC delivers a lengthy appetizing description of the video and names the website where it's to be found.

Mark Regev is quoted as having found it funny and Didi Remez gets a quote as lone dissenter (MiesMacher =bad maker)
enjoy - Silke
