Germany and Austria, Major Iranian Trade Partners

Germany is Iran's main European trade partner. Austrian imports from Iran rose by 397% in 2010.

I'll be traveling to Germany to give some lectures next month. I suppose I should add this item to the agenda.

that fact baffles me no end especially since I can't remember having read any no-nonsense wrist slapping by Americans. The fact itself is hardly mentioned, except of course like private lobbying groups like "Stop the Bomb".
